Steps to Delete Your Account

1. Submit a Deletion Request

To initiate the account deletion process, please email us at contact@klinkin.ai with the subject line "Account Deletion Request." Include your registered mobile number in the email to help us identify your account.

2. Processing Your Request

Upon receiving your request, we will verify your identity using the registered mobile number. This ensures that your data is protected and that the request is legitimate.

3. Data Deletion

Once your identity is confirmed, we will delete your account and all associated data from our servers. This includes your name, mobile number, email address, date of birth, and any optional data you may have provided (such as location coordinates, address details, or UAE Government Issued ID Card Number).

Note: Deleting your account will permanently remove all your data from our systems. This action cannot be undone.

4. Retention of Data

After your account is deleted, we will retain only the data necessary to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes, if applicable. Any retained data will be securely stored and eventually deleted according to our data retention policy.

What Data is Deleted?

  • Personal Information: All personal details, including your name, mobile number, email address, date of birth, and gender.
  • Optional Information: Any optional information you provided, such as your address, location coordinates, and Emirates ID, will also be deleted.
  • Service Data: Any service-related data, such as appointment history or communications with providers, will be removed.
  • Location Data: Any location-based data that was collected for service provision will be deleted.

Retention of Non-Personal Data

We may retain anonymized, aggregated data that is no longer personally identifiable for purposes of improving our services and conducting analytics. This data does not include any of your personal information.
