Welcome to Klink In and Klink In for Providers (collectively referred to as "the App" or "our App"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the App, which facilitates the booking of healthcare services. By signing up, accessing, or using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. User Accounts and Registration

2.1 Klink In (Users)

Klink In is designed for users to conveniently book appointments with healthcare providers.

  • - Users must verify their mobile phone number via a 6-digit OTP (One-Time Password) received through SMS.
  • - You are responsible for safeguarding your account information, including the OTP. Any activities carried out under your account are your responsibility.
2.2 Klink In for Providers (Healthcare Providers)

Healthcare professionals (doctors, clinics, etc.) can register and manage their profiles using the Klink In for Providers platform.

  • - Providers must ensure all information submitted during registration and usage is accurate and up-to-date. Any false information may result in account suspension or termination.

3. Appointment Booking and Cancellations

3.1 Users

Users can book appointments with healthcare providers available on the platform.

  • - Cancellations: Appointments can be canceled at no charge, as the platform does not currently handle payments.
  • - Rescheduling: Appointments can be rescheduled, subject to the availability of the healthcare provider.

4. Mobile OTP and Email Verification

Verification methods differ for users and healthcare providers on Klink In.

  • 4.1 Klink In (Users): Users must verify their mobile number via OTP during registration and log-in.
    • - The OTP is valid for a limited period. If the OTP expires or is not received, users can request a new one via the App.
    • - Correct OTP entry is required for successful registration or login.
  • 4.2 Klink In for Providers (Healthcare Providers): Providers must register and log in using their email address and password.
    • - Providers are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials.
    • - If providers forget their password, they can reset it using the "Forgot Password" option in the App.

5. Use of the App

5.1 Users

Users can use the App to browse healthcare providers, book, cancel, or reschedule appointments.

  • The App serves as a platform for appointment booking only and does not provide any medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
  • Users must ensure that their use of the App complies with applicable local healthcare regulations.
5.2 Providers

Healthcare providers can manage appointments, update availability, and communicate with users.

  • Providers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their profile, including qualifications and services offered.
  • All providers must comply with applicable laws and regulations governing their practice and the services they offer.

6. Service Availability

We strive to make the App available 24/7. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen outages.

7. Liability

Klink In acts solely as a platform to facilitate appointments between users and healthcare providers.

  • - Provider Verification: Klink In ensures that all healthcare providers listed on the platform are verified for their qualifications and credibility before being made available to users. However, users should still exercise discretion and judgment in choosing providers based on their personal needs.
  • - Klink In does not offer medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and the platform is intended to be a tool for booking services only.
  • - Although we take steps to verify the accuracy and reliability of the information on the platform, we cannot guarantee outcomes related to the healthcare services provided.

8. Third-Party Services

Currently, no third-party services are integrated with Klink In or Klink In for Providers that have access to user data. Any external links provided within the App are for informational purposes only, and we are not responsible for their content.

9. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

  • By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

10. Security & Communication

  • - All communication between users and the platform is encrypted using SSL/TLS to protect personal data from unauthorized access.
  • - Authentication tokens (JWT) are securely issued upon login, ensuring only authorized access to personal data.
  • - Users are advised to avoid logging into their accounts from public or shared networks to prevent unauthorized access.
  • - Klink In does not transmit sensitive healthcare data and follows strict access control policies to maintain security.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user access to the App at our discretion, without prior notice, if users violate these Terms.

  • Users may deactivate their accounts at any time by following the steps outlined on our Account Deletion Page.

12. Amendments

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be communicated via the App, and continued use of the App signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.
